All persons are entitled to the monthly lump sum for care aids who: have a recognized care level 1 to 5., are cared for in their own homes, either by relatives or volunteer caregivers., are a member of a statutory long-term care insurance fund.. Privately insured persons can also make a claim, but should check the exact conditions with their insurance company.
